INTRODUCTION:
This section introduces you to the 6 tabs found within each "Project" you create. These tabs assist with the organization & management of your data & enable a seamless workflow. You will be provided instruction on how each tab functions & the options available to you within each.
Each "Project" contains 6 helpful tabs that enable the organization of your data.
1. Candidates
If you are looking at a person’s profile from inside of a project, then you’re looking at their Candidate Record; this record will pull a good deal of contact & employment information from the person's Contact Record.
2. Dashboard
This tab provides the project's overview & summary. The headline area is a great place for a color legend related to the category color. The notes area of the Dashboard tab is a great place to store attachments such as a client invoice and/or notes from status calls.
3. Position
The Position tab is where your team should enter client company information, job specifications, and details on the type of candidate your client is looking for.
4. Strategy
The Strategy tab in a project offers you a way to build a list of target companies that your team and clients can collaborate on to define your search parameters. Your client is able to log in and turn off undesired companies.
5. Internal
The “Internal” tab is where you can see an overview of the project activity broken down by user, time frame and actions taken. This is also an area where you can identify tasks that relate to the project, attach internal project related files and see recent project activity.
6. Admin
The “Admin” area of a project is where you can modify the project status, project settings, and tags, locate the project specific Contact Grabber import URL, the project Pendulum email and where you can modify the project visibility settings as a whole. You can also make internal notes related to the project here as well, including the ability to add internal attachments.
